In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. For billing, cancellation, and refund options, use the purchase management tools provided by the store where you subscribed.
To report abusive content, impersonation, spam, or another safety concern, include the profile, review, list, ride, or park involved and a short description of the issue.
For account deletion, data access, correction, or privacy questions, contact support@rideandlog.com from the email address connected to your account when possible.
When reporting a bug, include your device model, operating system, app version, screenshots if useful, and the steps that led to the issue.
